All electrical work was very bad and let the project down.

Q10. If there was one thing we could change about our paperwork, liaison, timekeeping etc. what would that be?

More planning ahead.

Q11. Is there anything else you would like to add about our product or service?

We were disappointed that the project didn't finish on time and the electrics caused a lot of problems, however Andy was very keen to put things right no matter at what cost and we are now enjopying a lovely cellar conversion. Thank you
