A terrace property in central Northampton had a damp smelling basement under the entire plan of the house.
Beautiful Basements were asked to create a large room with a new staircase, window and emergency escape, all finished to a high standard, creating a games room, extra living area and play den for children. The converstion added 50% extra to the plan of the house.
The basement was waterproofed using a type C cavity membrane system, linked to a sump and pumping station
