The biggest challenge for this project was in the blending of very old building and new waterproofing and plasterwork. With careful design and meticulous installation and craftsmanship the over aesthetic outcome was exactly what our customers had imagined
A damp, run down and tired basement, shut away and very infrequently used was transformed into an aesthetically pleasing and functional storage area, wine store and laundry room

Project Details
During the initial survey and discussions with clients, Beautiful Basements was given a mandate to transform a basement thats walls were crumbling, timber was damp, wood work was fading and rotting and all metal work was rusting, into a space that could once again be used.
Using a combination of grit blasting, elbow grease, cavity drainage membrane and a good helping of imagination the space was transformed into looking exactly how it was first discussed
